Day Twenty-Eight
Theme: Celebration
You did it!
28 days of heart + spirit. Thank you!
We began this course when schools closed and now it's almost one month later. We continue to learn a new way of living. We've had to learn to accept the way things are. And you have done a great job!
The challenges of staying home, the distancing from people and schooling online, are all things you have adjusted to. Celebrating accomplishments are important. Big or small, celebrations give us hope. And how to celebrate is up to you.
Activity: Celebrate! Planning a celebration starts with your imagination. You can make it fancy or take a picnic in the park. Celebrate the way that works for you.
Jackson Pollack was a painter. His paintings embody energy and color. With this type of painting, you'll want to have space. You can use white or black paper, or paper bags can work also! Again, be creative, experiment, and have fun!
Expressionistic painting encourages you to let go and express yourself through color and movement.
